Paying with crypto
How invoices, renewals and crypto payments work in Kinuly.
Kinuly bills in US dollars and you pay in crypto, through our payment processor (NOWPayments). Only the workspace owner sees billing, and the email address must be verified.
Pay an invoice#
Choose a plan
In Plan & billing, pick a plan. Kinuly creates an invoice in USD.
Pick a currency
Choose the coin and network you’ll pay with. Kinuly shows the exact amount and a deposit address, with a QR code. Some networks also need a memo or destination tag: include it, or the payment can’t be matched.
Send the payment
Send the exact amount from your wallet before the quote expires. If it expires, refresh it to get a new amount.
Wait for confirmation
The page updates on its own. Once the network confirms the payment, your plan is active and you receive a receipt by email.
Supported currencies#
USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Arbitrum, Solana), USDC (ERC20, Base, Solana), BTC, ETH (Ethereum, Base), SOL, LTC, TRX, DOGE and XRP. The checkout lists the ones available right now.
Payment states#
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | No payment detected yet. |
| Confirming | The payment was detected and the network is confirming it. |
| Finished | Confirmed. Your plan is active. |
| Partially paid | Less than the amount arrived. Contact support before sending more. |
| Expired | Nothing arrived in time. Start a new payment. |
Renewals#
- Plans last 30 days. Five days before the end, Kinuly prepares your renewal invoice and emails you; reminders follow 3 days and 1 day before, and on the due date.
- Paying early keeps your remaining days: the next period starts when the current one ends.
- Nothing is debited automatically: each renewal is a payment you make.
- Turn renewal off in Plan & billing to stop invoices. Your paid access continues until the end of the period.
Refunds#
Paid days aren’t refunded once a period has started, including when you cancel renewal or upgrade. Duplicate payments and billing errors are reviewed case by case: write to contact@kinuly.social. The full policy is in the Refund Policy.
