FAQ
Quick answers to the questions agencies ask most.
Is Kinuly allowed by Instagram?#
Kinuly publishes through Meta’s official Instagram API, the same way major scheduling tools do. Creators approve access on Instagram’s own page, and can withdraw it at any time from the Instagram app. Kinuly is independent and isn’t endorsed by Meta.
Do creators share their password with us?#
No. Kinuly never asks for an Instagram password. The creator approves access on Instagram, from their computer or by scanning a QR code on their phone.
Which Instagram accounts can I connect?#
Professional accounts: Business or Creator. A personal account can switch to professional in the Instagram app in a minute. See Connect Instagram.
Can I post Stories?#
Not yet. Kinuly publishes Reels, photos and carousels.
What happens if a post can’t be published?#
Kinuly never publishes by surprise. If something is wrong at publish time (account to reconnect, expired plan), the post is blocked and you see why. If Instagram refuses it, it’s failed and its quota is given back. See Post statuses.
Can my VAs work without seeing billing?#
Yes. Invite them with the Assistant role: they can upload and schedule, but can’t see billing, connect creators or change the team. See Roles & permissions.
How do I pay? Is there a card option?#
Plans are paid in crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and more). There is no automatic debit: you pay each renewal invoice yourself. See Paying with crypto.
Can I try before paying?#
Yes. The Free plan includes one creator and 20 posts a month, with no time limit and no card.
Where is my data stored?#
Kinuly’s servers and media storage are operated for Kinuly LLC, a United States company. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I contact support?#
Write to contact@kinuly.social from the email address of your account.
