Plans & limits
What each plan includes, how creator slots and the monthly quota work, and how upgrades and downgrades apply.

| Free | Free | 1 | 20 | Just you |
| Starter | $19 / month | 5 | 500 | Up to 5 people |

| Pro | $79 / month | 50 | 10,000 | Up to 5 people |
| Agency | $149 / month | 100 | 20,000 | Up to 5 people |
| Scale | $299 / month | 250 | 40,000 | Up to 5 people |
Every plan includes Instagram publishing, the calendar, Insights, AI assistants (MCP) and 2 GB of storage. Paid plans add a team of up to five people. Prices are in US dollars, for a 30-day period, paid in crypto.
What the limits mean#
- Instagram accounts is the number of creators connected at the same time. See Manage creators.
- Posts per month counts every post scheduled for that calendar month (UTC), whether it’s published yet or not. Cancelled, failed and draft posts don’t count.
- Team is the number of people in the workspace, owner included. See Invite your team.
Change plan#
Choose a bigger plan in Plan & billing and pay the invoice. The new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, for a new 30-day period at the full price of the new plan. Remaining days of the previous plan aren’t credited.
Choose a smaller plan in Plan & billing. The change is scheduled for the end of your paid period, so you keep everything you paid for. Your connected creators must fit the smaller plan: remove extra creators first. You can undo a scheduled change until it applies.
Choosing Free turns renewal off and switches you to Free at the end of the paid period (immediately if the plan has already expired). Your team is paused, not deleted, and only one creator can stay connected.
When a plan expires#
Publishing, uploads and new Instagram connections pause until you pay the renewal. Your creators, content and calendar are kept. Posts that come due in the meantime are blocked; reschedule them after renewing. There is no grace period, so pay the renewal invoice before the due date.
